Preview of all plug-ins and extensions

    You didn't have to add that explanation - I guessed it :)

    Soooo... maybe we could start a GIMP initiative towards completing a similar guide? Here are my few thoughts:
    1. An information on weather GIMP filters will change much since v. 2.8 is needed
    2. A sample image selection is needed:
      I only used 2 or three filters in my life so I'm really not the right person :) Also, unlike with Inkscape filter guide, for GIMP different sample images may be required for different filters to better depict their effect.

    3. In case of collaborative effort there might be a problem with differently themed GIMP installs across users' systems:
      I guess one user could, in the end, mirror the dialogues settings and paste filter previews into his grabs of dialogues but this would increase the workload significantly
    4. Should dialogues be even included or just previews?
      The problem with previous only is that final effect of applying filter may be vastly different with various parameters combinations
    5. AFAIK some filters have different variants. That's a complication too.

    All in all a co-ordination by a GIMP savvy is desired.
