    hey i have taken some really nice pictures during the indian summer here in michigan. I edited this one below and i wanted to add more than just the red leaves and the rest b/w so i made the light. i am not really happy with the outcome. :( any ideas, i have the xcf if you would like to play aroun. thx!

    cuz they have a limit of uploading size per month. 11.7 is big...

    Maybe give those spokes a blur, they are too intense and there's too many. :)

    Not that my opinion matters, but I like it the way it is. I look up the red path to the man in the light, the focal point.

    Oh, and his back should be darker, since the light is on the other side, try alpha to selecting the guy, shrinking the selection and feathering it, then darken it so it looks like the light is coming around him.

    @David- i did that but then i get a glowing ball :(

    @Amy- of course your opinion matters, but wait until we are doe with this picture and then compare the above with the outcome.

    Well I don't know what you used for the rays, I think you should try starburst, that way you could have fewer rays

    could i see the xcf? the download is just the png :question:

    imo from the angle of the camera (the path so close, if you get my meaning) the guy should be bigger at that distance... idk, its hard to make things work :p
